Carl-Adam has 25 years of experience from the private transaction market. He primarily assists companies and their investors in acquisitions, divestments, shareholder matters, corporate governance and corporate commercial contratcs. Carl-Adam frequently advises the insurance market on W&I insurance and contingent risks and advises foreign mining companies in exploration in Sweden. Carl-Adam has previously worked with Mannheimer Swartling, AIG, Westermark Anjou and Synch Advokat.
