Espen works widely in corporate finance and private equity. Espen is also a particularly valued advisor in fund structures, ownership issues and financial regulation. Espen has experience in establishing venture capital structures, including drawing up agreements and license applications for management companies, and representing venture capital-owned companies. Espen most recently came from a role as in-house lawyer for Haflo AB (family office) and before that was Legal Counsel & Compliance Officer at Permian Group (fund administrator) and CEO of a custodian for PE funds.
